When your account is first put into the Blackboard system, your e-mail is no@no.com.
Therefore, you need to change you e-mail address in order for your instructor to
contact you. This is the procedure in which you need to follow.
- Login Blackboard
- Go to the My BRTC tab
- On the very left side, very bottom, select Personal Information
- Go to Edit Personal Information
- Edit your e-mail and any other information that is not correct.
- Click Submit
- Click OK to exit the receipt.
Your e-mail address -- and other personal information -- is updated!
