Collapse All Button

The button pulls up the replies to a message and lets you see only the original message.  

If you need to collapse all of your messages, perform the following steps:

1. Click on the button.  

You will only see the original messages; the replies will be hidden.  

You may see pictures of the possible screens that you may have.
