If You Lost or Forgot Your Password

What happens if you lost or forgot your password?   

If you lost or forgot your password, contact Karen Liebhaber.  She will reset your password for you.  Although she cannot retrieve your old password, she can set a new one for you.  

As soon as you log in with the new password, change your password to something else.
