Opening a Reply in a New Window

You can open a new window to write a reply to a message.  

Tip:  Opening a reply in a new window is especially useful when you have collected several messages.  To avoid losing the messages that you have not read, reply to a message in a new window.   

To ly to a message in a new window, follow these steps:

1. Have collected the messages.
2. Hold down the shift key on your keyboard.
3. At the same time, click on the button.  A new window will open:
    
   
    
4. Type your message and click on .  
5. Close the extra window that you had opened.
6. Return to your original window and continue reading your collected messages.

You must have the message options shown to be able to use this button.  See the Show Options page for instructions on turning on the message options.
