Hiding Class from Students

There are instances when you will need to hide your class from a specific student:

• the student is a No-show
• the student drops the class (you can remove the student then, but it is best to hide the class so you can keep your statistics).

Here are instructions:

1. Go to Control Panel.
2. Click on List/Modify Users.
3. Search for the student.
4. Click on the student’s Properties button.
5. Go to the bottom of the properties page.
6. In section 4, choose No from the drop down box underneath Available (this course only).
7. Click Submit.

This will hide the course from this one student only.  All other students will be able to see the course.
