A common error that occurs when you try to download a document/file is the Open With… Error.  This error simply informs you that your computer does not have a program that matches the file extension (last three characters after the period).  The Open With… screen looks like the following: 

You must have a computer program on your computer that can read the file.  You can either

• choose a program from the list or

• install the required program on your computer.
